I would say take stress relief vitamin B! And make sure to unwind in the evenings with some netflix so you can get a better sleep! Study is better when it's done in the morning and is over by evening.. 🙂

I don't think there is time to relax! All you need to do is keep your mental wellbeing high (i.e. going for a walk, talking regular breaks, exercising) in order to stay calm and sane...😜
